What we get asked.
How long does getting started take?
A few days: the time to configure your departments and hours, import your team and get hands-on on the floor. No prior development: the app is ready.
What if a feature is missing?
Wave is a ready-to-use product, built from needs observed in stores. If a gesture specific to your organisation is missing, we study it and add it to the product. It evolves continuously with its users.
Does Wave handle several stores?
Yes. Each store has its own strictly isolated space: a member only sees their store, leadership sees its scope.
Who sees what?
Access follows roles: advisor, manager, leadership. Everyone sees what they need to work, nothing more.
Is dedicated hardware required?
No. The team’s iPhones and iPads plus a browser at the desk are enough. No kiosk, no on-site server.
Where is the data hosted?
In the European Union, with a European provider. Data encrypted, isolated per store, designed in line with GDPR principles.
Does Wave work offline?
Real time needs a connection; the store wifi is enough. If it drops, nothing is lost: the view resyncs when the network returns.
